Simple Flat Fee Estate Plan Package (no tax planning)

Complex Estate Plan (with tax planning)
A flat fee rate can be provided after a consultation with detailed analysis of assets and estate planning needs

Please note that the above prices are sample costs of estate planning packages for a non-taxable estate. If you have some more complex circumstances (a child with special needs, a significant inheritance forthcoming, children from outside the current marriage, etc.) your individual flat rate may be higher than the fees listed. These circumstances will be discussed in detail during your consultation, so your individual flat rate estate plan may be determined.

How the Flat Fee Estate Plan Works:

Brief Meeting: Phone/Zoom consultation of approximately 20 minutes to ensure representation is appropriate and to provide a flat fee.

1st Consultation: Zoom/In-Person meeting to go over your wishes in detail. This consultation costs $200 only if you do not hire The Haw Law Firm to draft your documents. Upon hiring, your estate plan will be prepared and a draft will be provided to you following this meeting.

2nd Consultation (if desired): Zoom/In-Person meeting to go over your Estate Plan in detail.

3rd Consultation (if desired): In-Person meeting wherein an attorney oversees the signing of your documents. The Haw Law Firm provides 2 witnesses and a notary to be present.
